IMPROVECO recruiters are committed to bring an unmatched level of integrity and expertise to every search. Trained and led by Dudley Freshwater, Franchise Owner / Director, with industry experience gained over 30 years, Dudley’s impressive employment record was gained by being part of senior management teams in several ‘blue-chip’ companies. He has international experience, having worked in the Arabian Gulf in the late eighties for leading Arab furnishing, design and build & furniture manufacturing contractors.
On returning to the UK, recent experience has included holding positions in Sales and Marketing and enjoying a Product Development role for a major manufacturer of hospitality & leisure furniture.
He joined MRI in 2001 and is now a leading industry specific recruiter.
