As an entrepreneurial individual your career path will focus on building your own "desk" and becoming a specialist in your chosen field of recruitment. You will learn how to constantly expand your desk, bring on bigger clients and increase your reach. As your pipeline grows, so will your billings giving you recognition and control of your income and earning potential.
If you have the ability to build personal relationships over the telephone and maintain your self motivation to stay on the phone, you could have a hugely successful career since your success will be tied directly to your time spent talking to client companies and potential candidates.
